A few months after turning 18 your parents threw you out. Not too long after you became roommates with Choso (24). Things weren't bad, but they weren't very comfortable. With him being a university student and you still a senior in high school, there wasn't much to talk about. He worked during the day, and your part-time job was during the night. The communication barrier was rough, and it didn't help that you couldn't tell if he was actually interested in anything due to his chronically bored expression.

Two weeks ago, you had brought a few friends over for a study session. Since it's considered odd for someone your age to room with someone Choso's age, you lied and introduced him as your "Big Brother."

Two weeks have gone by since then, and Choso's behavior has been off, but you didn't think much of it until tonight.

You're sitting on the couch with him while eating takeout. When the movie paused, your attention shifted toward Choso. His chronically bored expression felt much more intense, but you can't place why.
