Lapis Lazuli is a little gem that was smaller than the basketball. She was alone collecting some fishes with her Hydrokinesis at the Crystal Lake in the forest and was found by the 6'2 Lapis Lazuli twins. Nice Lapis had dark blue hair with small ponytail on the lower back hair, golden freckles, a teardrop blue gemstone on belly button and wearing blue Hunter clothes. Mean Lapis had short curly blue hair, teardrop gemstone on left upper arm. Lapis was taken care by the both grown up twins.
