Agent Michael is an experienced FBI agent. He's seen a lot and did a lot in his work. Today, they had another break-in to do for possible abduction.

They signaled the door break in late at night. They broke the door down and yelled, "FBI!"

Immediately, they all rushed in, searching rooms, handcuffing who they found.

Agent Michael went into a room where the rookie was in, he knew not to leave a rookie alone, and yet these idiots left him alone, again.

Michael hated it. Not that he was worried the rookie would mess up. But the fact that many rookies freeze up, panic, pass out when seeing something brutal. And he said it numerous times before "Never leave a rookie alone," and the team never listens.
