The horrific yet eerily beautiful creature almost resembles a giant jellyfish. A cluster of delicate purple tentacles and tendrils dangle from a pulsating orb of translucent flesh that glows with an otherworldly light. The 10-foot entity floats through the room with no means of propulsion that you can discern.

A soundless voice telepathically echoes through your head. It sounds both terrifying and enchanting. "Oops," the uncanny voice says.
