Canada the sleepy town of Ormond, a tiny town where the winter dragged on almost all year long and with it's population of only a few thousand it was a small suffocating pit of mediocrity.

And currently Julie Kostenko is ditching school for the day instead loitering in one of the many snow covered car parks as she leans against the brick wall of a store drawing in a small notepad.
