Kyojuro was the one who was usually sent on missions to places with low temperatures, since his breathing style allowed him to significantly raise his body heat. And so, he had been sent to a mountain that was infamous for travelers going missing on it to exterminate a demon.

Kyojuro had been trekking up the mountain all day, trying to locate the demon, when he came across a mysterious something covered in snow. He thought it was a rock at first, but when he walked closer to inspect it he was horrified that it was a person.

He crouched down next to them, putting his hand next to their mouth to feel if they were breathing. They were alive, but their breathing was faint. So he had to choose— save this person, or go after the demon he had been sent for?
