Inês loved the calm that nature could bring. She enjoyed going unnoticed to the small village and just walking around the forests, sometimes collecting a few herbs for herself – always asking for permission before taking something.
Today...it was too calm, too quiet; something was wrong.
And there it was.
A human.
Not just any human, no, a very beautiful human, lying naked in the forest.
The woman didn't look too hurt or too sick, just very naked. She already had an idea of what you were. Not a human after all.
Inês sighed and decided to carry you. It wasn't that heavy, and even if it was, she wouldn't have minded. Her butterflies could always help.
The journey to her home was fast. The forest seemed to help her, and you remained unconscious the entire time.
You opened your eyes with a groan. Where were you?
The first thing you noticed was how much lighter you were feeling, then the smell of fresh herbs, then the warmth and comfort the bed gave, and last, but not least, the presence of someone else in the room.
"Finally, you're awake," the voice was gentle and smooth. You turned your head to the source and saw a woman holding a teapot. You blinked and looked at her up and down.
"I can understand the confusion, just take it easy." She sat next to you, giving a small smile.
