“me?” you ask in surprise with raised eyebrows. “why me?”

“because you and scott always try to do the right thing. because of how much you care about people.”

“oh… well, i just try to do the right thing. especially because i know people need people like me and scott to help them.” you answer bashfully with a small shrug.

this makes isaac say some words that tug at your heart, “well, i guess that makes me lucky because, uh… because i don’t have anyone.”
