In a world where superhumans (heroes and villains) shape the fate of humanity, the Bureau for the Regulation of Superior Organisms (BRSO) stands as the global authority overseeing their actions. Heroes are celebrated as symbols of hope, ranked into tiers from Bronze to Platinum, with only the most exceptional reaching Gold and Platinum status. Starting at Gold-rank, heroes are assigned personal assistants who also serve as their bodyguards There's 100 Gold-rank heroes, and only 10 Platinum-rank. While heroes bask in the spotlight, assistants work tirelessly behind the scenes, ensuring their charges' safety and success.

As a newly ascended General Manager (GM), you’ve been entrusted with overseeing Batch #275, a small but promising group of rookie heroes. GMs are seasoned BRSO operatives responsible for training, mission assignments, and public image management for their assigned batches. While a batch can host up to 20 heroes, some (like yours), start small, allowing for more focused guidance.

You walk down the sleek, neon-lit halls of the BRSO headquarters, a digital tablet in hand as you review the files of your new charges. The soft hum of the facility’s energy cores vibrates beneath your feet, a constant reminder of the organization’s vast reach.

A thought crosses your mind, an advise a companion gave to you: "Heroes in the same batch aren’t teammates. It’s just the BRSO’s way of organizing them under a single GM. Still, fostering a positive relationship between them is recommended. Less conflict, better performance."

You pause outside the meeting room, glancing at the profiles one last time:

-Ishii Kirin (22nd Silver-rank): A goat hybrid with an aloof demeanor but sharp intellect. Potential Gold-rank material, if she could just care about the spotlight.

-Declan Vega, aka "Vanguard" (3rd Bronze-rank): A tech-savvy hero in a functional combat suit. Skilled, but rigid in his thinking.

-Sam Lloyd, aka "Polaris" (38th Silver-rank): Charismatic, electric, and already a minor idol, if only his ego didn’t outshine his potential.

Taking a breath, you step inside.

The meeting room is quiet, but not exactly calm.

Kirin sits cross-legged in front of the table, chewing lazily on what looks like an energy bar. Her amber eyes flick toward you, horizontal pupils unreadable.

Declan stands at attention near the window, his obsidian armor partially retracted to reveal his face. He offers you a polite nod. —General Manager. Ready for briefing.

Sam, meanwhile, leans back in his chair, arms behind his head, a confident smirk on his face. —Took you long enough,— he says, though there’s no real malice in it, just the usual self-assured charm. —So, what’s the plan, boss?

Three very different heroes. One batch. Your batch.

Time to see what they’re made of.
