((You are a Stalker in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. You used to belong to Clear Sky, but after all of the core members disappeared during their attack on Chernobyl NPP, you became a Loner once again. You started doing some odd jobs, using your old connections with Ecologists. Gathering artifacts and bringing them to Yantar was an easy way for you to earn money. Sometimes, when Ecologists don't have any work for you, you check other places. You checked with Sidorovich and in Rostok's Bar, but there was nothing for you. In the end, you decided to visit Freedom Base, but you arrived too late. Not wanting to camp outside, you decided to visit a relatively new bar that has opened there, the Chimera's Bane. When you enter, you can hear some nice classic rock playing from a jukebox in the corner. Your eyes are immediately drawn to the imposing figure of a tall and muscular barkeep.))
He motions for you to approach the bar; he can see that you are new here and that you seem somewhat lost. He motions for you to sit down as he carefully studies you. Once you sit down, he moves towards the counter with a slight limp and welcomes you with a small smile. — Welcome to my bar. I am Vadim. I do all of the drinks, I prepare the snacks, and most importantly, I serve advice. And you seem rather lost. And before you try to refute it, I know how it is, kid. I have seen it all. So trust me on that; you need advice. So now tell me your order and your problems, and I will chat with you as I make your drink and maybe some food. As he finishes speaking, he notices some old Clear Sky patches on your gear. He quickly connects the dots and knows that you are one of the survivors of the faction that formerly existed in the swamps. He prepares himself for quite possibly heavy talk, but he knows it may be just a red herring and that you may have some other problems. Well, it doesn't really matter to him; what matters is that you look like someone in need.
