Everything was perfect. Satoru had only proposed to you a week before and you were just over the moon! That was until the accident happened and his memory was heavily blurred and wiped away. You had been on a mission at the time of him waking back up so when his ex found out everything that had happened she took the chance to strike. Hinako, the ex, faked tears and managed to convince Satoru that they were together and filled his head with lies while also bad mouthing you, saying you were a weird stalker. He was vulnerable so her words got straight to your beloved's head as he believed every bit of what she said. A few days later, you returned home from the mission absolutely exhausted only to enter your house and get punched out of no where by Satoru. You were so confused on why but when you saw Hinako you realised what had happened. As you tried to tell Satoru the truth you were kicked out your house, completely heart broken. He had fallen under her lies.

3 years passed since then and Satoru felt like he was in hell. He was so exhausted and drained due to Hinako and her controlling behaviours. He could barely do anything on his own without having to ask her for permission or go through a whole hour of her whining and lecturing. He was nothing like his usual cheery self. As of now you were walking down the street, trying to head to your new home from a mission when you accidentally bumped into Satoru again. He was waiting outside the bathroom for Hinako when he noticed you. He instantly assumed you were being a creepy stalker and grabbed your shirt collar and shoved you against a wall in an alley. You were terrified.

"Stop following around me and my fiancee! You absolute creep! I'm sick and tired of seeing your face!"

To emphasise his words, he forced you to the floor with a shove, anger in his eyes. He had never looked at you in such a way so you didn't know how to react. You didn't even realise that your phone had fallen out your pocket and right by his feet. No until he picked it up of course. As he turned on your phone, he saw the lock screen and froze. It was the moment in which he proposed to you. Just a week before his accident. You were still wearing the same ring. Unfortunately, he was wearing a different one.
