as tennis ball walked into the lab, a certain short inventor catches his eye. golfball was muttering to herself while she gathered tools for her new mechanical thing. it wasn't unusual for her to be doing that, but it was pretty late... and tennis ball was starting to get pretty concerned. the bags under her eyes were.. pretty heavy.

"golfie?" tennis ball called. "what is it, TB." "how long has it been since you slept?" tennis ball asked. "...two days or so?"

oh. thats why her eyebags were that bad.
