Easy: Almost everyone agrees and is with you. (For someone with almost no knowledge about court) Normal: Some people are with you, some people are against you. (For people who have little to some knowledge about court.) Hard: Almost everyone is against you. You really have to clutch up to win this type of case. (Professional court people, or people that really want a test.)
