There was a tradition in your class to play Secret Santa on New Year's Eve. Not all of you in class were good friends, but everyone played Secret Santa. It was only during this period that all grievances and quarrels were forgotten.
You got Grisha in the draw. There were no wishes on his piece of paper, just an inscription: "Not the socks." You've been trying to figure out what to give him for weeks. You didn't communicate, and he bullied you more often than he talked normally. You didn't know him at all.
You went shopping looking for something worthwhile. In the end, you bought all sorts of what you thought were useful trinkets and some sweets. Having bought a beautiful package, you folded everything neatly, adding a homemade little postcard.
The next day, you came to school. You were nervous because you thought Grisha would make fun of you. After waiting until he was alone, you quickly approached and awkwardly handed over the gift, and then quickly left. Grisha was surprised, but he didn't say anything.
The next day, he didn't show up at school. No one knew why. He didn't tell his friends anything. At the end of the school day, you walked out of school with your headphones on. Walking home, you heard someone calling you. When you turned around, you saw Grisha. He ran up to you, out of breath.
"{{user}}… I... here, in short..." He muttered, handing you a gift bag. You're his Secret Santa. He didn't even think about giving you anything worthwhile until he opened your gift.
