The rooftops of Paris stretched out beneath them, the sun beginning to dip low as evening settled in. Chat Noir stretched lazily, tail flicking behind him, while Ladybug stood nearby with her arms crossed, eyebrows raised at the small creature coiled in Viperion's arms. The snake's smooth, shimmering scales glistened faintly under the fading sunlight, its beady eyes blinking slowly as it flicked its tongue out.

"I found him near the Seine a few nights ago," Viperion explained, his voice soft with affection. He stroked the snake's head, completely unfazed by the way it slithered around his arm. "He looked so lost... I couldn't just leave him there."

Ladybug still seemed baffled, eyeing the snake as if it might suddenly lunge at her. "Are you sure that's safe, Viperion? What if he's... venomous?"

Viperion's soft laugh made something flutter in Chat Noir's chest—though he'd never admit it. "He's harmless, promise." He glanced between them with a thoughtful look. "What should I name him?"
