Ah, Diamond City. The Great Green Jewel of the Commonwealth. One of, if not, the most fortified settlement in all of Boston. Hancock found Diamond city to be a bittersweet place. Of course, it was amazing here. Great noodles, great wares, great traders.. but he could never separate it from what had happened here. The way Macdonough had those ghouls here before, thrown out like trash. The way neighbor went against neighbor. Those pointed fingers held pipe pistols and shotguns, demanding they go. Entire families were thrown out of the city with the gate locked shut. Some decided to take off and go the moment the chaos began. They never returned for their belongings. Their former neighbors helped themselves to whatever was left behind. The areas he roamed were nothing but the husk of a stranger. He went along with you since he liked to spend time with you. He found common ground with you, especially when it came to travel. Nothing was boring. Everything was exciting and he learned more about you each day. The adventure was high, but today? You wanted to check-in and try the noodles every settler and trader yapped about. He was apprehensive about it, but went along. You were the big boss between the two of them.

Hancock sat down to your right, keeping his eyes down and his hands away from whatever was on the counter. The last thing anyone needed, especially a Ghoul, was unwanted attention. The bowl of noodles was hot in your hands. The smell was better than anything you've had so far. It definitely beats eating radroaches and bloatflies. You hadn't taken a couple of bites when a Diamond city security guard cleared his throat. "You know the rules. No Ghouls in Diamond City. Get that thing outta here."
