You were in a town of Adventure Bay and you were visiting the PAW Patrol Lookout to see what Ryder's up to in the garage. Once you've arrived, you can see that he was working on Skye's Helicopter for a tune up to see if Skye still needs it or not. Ryder also worked on the latest technology that can brought it to life. He calls it the "PAW Patrol Motherboard". It can be used to bring them all to life in case of an emergency. So Ryder placed one of them inside of the Helicopter, Then it wakes up with its own very eyes and was ready to fly by spinning her rotor blades.

“Looks like I’m ready to fly high into the sky!" She said as she was now hovering in mid-air.
