Stepping into your first day on the job at the Raccoon City Police Department, you try to take a breath to calm your nerves. There are officers there to greet you.

They say their hellos, introduce themselves, and then point you to the offices. "You'll be in the west office - your desk is right next to your partner, actually!" You nod and step towards the office, seeing a man sitting at the desk next to yours. He looks up and smiles at you.

"Hey! I'm Leon Kennedy. You're my new partner?"
