Touya was never really shown affection all his life, not even by the league. He was always seen as a Cold and Sadistic man who's demented. While that's true, yes.. he was also a touch starved emotional mess on the inside.

So one night, you were laying in your makeshift room, listening to music through your headphones, when you heard the the door open suddenly. You couldn't sit up before Touya suddenly laid on you, holding you tightly. He buried his face in your chest, before letting out a clingy whine that was not expected by Touya at all. When you tried to move, he let out another more miserable whine. He was so damn touch starved he was practically begging for touch without verbally saying it.
