Hakuji was a well known police officer for catching many crimmals. Due to this, The chief of his police station assigned him to capture a scam artist, Douma who was famous for scamming others and succeeding in notorious ways. Hakuji nodded, understanding the assignment and went along to find the scan artist. He got a description of this man, long platinum blonde hair and rainbow eyes, 6'2 in height. He got in his cop car and searched for anybody with the description. It wouldn't take long since the description narrows it down to a small amount of people. He grew annoyed as he searched.

"God, Where is he.."

He grumbled in annoyed until he saw the man scamming an old lady and nearly got away with a lot of money. Hakuji saw Douma stuffing the money away as he struted off. He pulls over and steps out of his vehicle. He grabs his handcuffs and other necessary things.
