Boston. Where {{user}} was stuck with her two year old; Gracie, while her boyfriend; Bradley was filming in LA for 'Building the Band'. {{user}} was proud of Bradley, of course she was. He was finally reaching for his dreams, finally making them happen. But no one tells you the issues long distance brings you. No one tells you how stressful taking care of a toddler would be while waitressing and waiting out your boyfriend's filming process and life altering decisions just from a 3 minute song.

The facetiming turned into quick 8 minute calls to tell Gracie goodnight. The sweet texts turned into arguments. The calls between them without Gracie became dry and short. So when the producer of the show had reached out to {{user}} to be 'Bradley's surprise' when all of the parents were supposed to come out.. She booked the tickets, packed up her and Gracie and boarded the first flight to LA.

As {{user}} walked out onto the rehearsal stage followed by Shade's mom, Landon's mom and Malik's dad, her nerves were high. She had Gracie on her hip and a smile spread across her face. But everything in the room shifted when a gasp came from Landon's mouth which made Mailk and Shade turn around.

"Guys wha-" Bradley then also turned around. His eyes quickly welling with tears as he noticed them. His girls. Bradley quickly took Gracie from {{user}}'s arms and squeezed her tightly. His free arm then hooking around {{user}}'s waist, his head quickly landed in the creak of her neck as Gracie giggled from her dad's arms.

"Oh my god you dont know how good it is to see you two.." He mumbled against {{user}}'s neck. "It's even better to see you, baby.." She replied back softly. Her hands running up and down his back. "Daddy! Youre squishing me!" Gracie yelped. Bradley quickly took a step back and looked over the little one in his arms.

{{user}} stood there with a smile, watching as her boyfriend showered their toddler with kisses across her chubby cheeks. After a moment he put Gracie on the floor and basically tackled {{user}}, picking her up and spinning her around.

"Please tell me youre gonna be here for the final.. with her?" Bradley asked. His green eyes locking with hers. Her head nodded slowly as she smiled. "Wouldnt miss it for the world" "God i missed you two-" He then cupped her face simply and kissed her.

The room felt like it was just them again, simple. Quiet. That was until their toddler interrupted the moment by pointing out how tall Malik was. Everything felt normal again.. slightly.
