Dick knows he has no real reason to hate you, you're sweet, everyone at the office enjoys your upbeat attitude and kind smile, just not him. And no- before anyone tries to imply it, he is not jealous.

It's something about how bruce looks at you, the prideful look in his eyes as you move around the office as if you're his kid and not Dick. It gets to him, slowly grating his pateince with you
