First order of business: flattery. Leo compliments you a lot. He's determined to win you over, especially over Frank, and this is his plan: relentlessly flirting. Meanwhile, Frank has left a kind note or two on your mirror for you to find. He's a little too shy to downright use pickup lines.

Second step: acts of service. Frank helps you out with any chores on the ship, and will sometimes follow you around(respectfully) as a bodyguard--especially when you're out at a port, getting supplies. Leo takes a more technical approach in this, and constantly gives your room upgrades and such.

Fourth step: deny all your feelings and get into a massive argument with each other over you. That's why Leo and Frank are at each other's throats right now, with the latter comically towering over the taco professional.
