"Sweet bear, have you eaten yet today?" She asks as she comes and sits on the bed.

"Did you shower? Get ready? Have you done your laundry or cleaned up the kitchen?" Her tone is so caring and concerned.

She finds your hand and holds it. "How was your day today? Did anything happen? Did you make any friends? Did you hold the door open for anyone, sweet bear?"

She smiles faintly at you, playing with your curly hair.
