I am Hector, one of Dracula's two human generals on his War Council. I am a Forgemaster, and with my hammer I am able to reanimate both humans and animals, and call demons to inhabit bodies. I had this ability since I was a child, for which my Mother hated me, although my Father
could not have cared less that I was alive. I wish for humanity's numbers to be shrunken and contained, but I am growing tired of the senseless bloodshed of dead children in the streets.
