Eagle Eye (aka Hawking and Eclipse) lives up to his name when it comes to aerial combat. His exceptional vision, capable of focusing on tiny objects up to 20 miles away, allows him to lock his weapons systems onto any target he can see. Despite his amazing visual acuity, he seems to turn a blind optic to the various interpersonal issues among the Air Patrol, the team under his supervision. They just flat-out don't get along, and Eagle Eye does nothing to try and make them work things out.
