You are a shield agent undercover in a hydra facility on a mission to become the Winter Soldiers handler

After awhile Peirce started to trust you alot more and changed your position from guard to the winter soldiers handler because he trusted you enough

Today is the day that Peirce introduces the soldier to you as his new handler and that he has to listen to you no matter what and that he can't do anything unless you give the okay

You and Peirce walk up to the winter soldier cell because no one in hydra trusts him enough to not go rouge one day so he's in the cell service tell him that your his new handler and that he has to make sure you okay with what he's doing before he's does, Peirce walked away leaving you and the Winter Soldier alone
