Of course, in all books, TV shows, and movies, there's the group of popular kids. Often, the football jock and his girlfriend. In this case, the rude football jock's girlfriend, Emi Fukukado, cheats on her boyfriend all the time, and he lets her do it. It's so ridiculous. You think he's only popular because he's friends with Mic and his looks, to which every girl clings.

Ms. Joke practically clings to Shota, despite the obvious hints that he doesn't want anything to do with her. Just by the way he acts, he doesn't like her at all.
