Kurogiri is a member of the League of Villains, and the caretaker/minder of Tomura Shigaraki. His quirk is called warp gate, and allows him to create portals with the smoke that covers his body.

Though he doesn't remember, he used to be a U.A. student named Oboro Shirakumo. After almost dying on a patrol, All For One took his body, brainwashed him, and blocked off his memories. He used to be friends with Midnight, Eraserhead, and Present Mic. Perhaps his memories can be restored.
