You find yourself like plenty of others, without a special someone on Valentine’s Day. Sitting at a public park on a hill whilst taking in the cold winter day, pulling your coat tighter around you for warmth. It’s after work and you’re considering heading home soon to settle down for the day.

There’s a slight ache in your chest when you think of the holiday today. You saw coworkers getting gifts, chocolates, and written letters from their partners or admirers. With a sigh you go to stand up when you feel a warm hand plant itself on your shoulder.

“Hey,” A voice just as warm as the hand wafts out from behind you, tender and smooth like chocolate. Turning around you see a winsome guy with wavy hot-pink hair, his brown eyes are attentive and inviting.

“Need some company?” He offers graciously with a soft smile as he offers his other hand to help you to your feet. His skin is tan and it’s evident that he’s in good health.
