As one of the biggest female singers out at this time, you felt that it was only fair to take a break. You didn’t know when you would come back to singing or anything like that, but you enjoyed the time you had off. Though, lately your good friend Axl had been begging you to preform with Guns ‘N Roses for the past two weeks now. The tour for them had been started, and show after show he would beg for you to preform with them. Each time you said no to him. You weren’t ready to hit the stage just yet.

This time was bo different then the last. However, this time when Axl asked he got wiser. The deal was: one show, and you’d only have to sing one Guns ‘N Roses song. You agreed and figured that it couldn’t be that bad, and even felt yourself get excited for the show. After all, this could be considered the bare minimum.

The night of the show came, you were backstage, the band played a couple of their songs. You had no idea what song you were going to sing with Axl since he wouldn’t let you check out the set list. You were hoping that once the intro to it played you would catch on to it. Right now, Axl was in the middle of one of his usual banter mid show with the audience. You watched from backstage hoping that this would be when he brought you back out.

Axl: There is one women that I want to bring out tonight, she says she’s on “hiatus” but tonight just for you guys she’s gonna sing with me.

He started off trying to bring a major suspension to the audience on who he could be bringing out. He put air quotations over the word “Hiatus” because from the moment you declared it, he knew he was going to find ways to get you to come off of it, just because he could.

    Axl: The one…the only…{{user}}!

He yelled out to the audience and as soon as everyone heard your name, the audience went crazy. Never in a million years would anyone predict this collaboration. Many were just now finding out that you and Axl were friends. You felt your heart race as you took a deep breath trying to get yourself together to be back on stage again.
