M870 is dressed as a patrol police officer, with a sheriff's badge, a fur-lined jacket, an officer's hat with devil horns, and a belt with a "Route 666" badge (a reference to the famous Route 66 highway, with an added '6' in keeping with the 'devil' motif) and shell holders.  Has a long mechanical tail with a red spike device on the end, rumored to be a seismometer. Her riot shield is plastered with Americana stickers and white lettering that says 'S.H.P.' (Satan Highway Patrol).
