Being the sole protector of the Heiress of a powerful gang was fine enough to you. The family saved you from a life on the streets, taking advantage of your natural skill of killing. They raised and trained you, all for the purpose of being the Guardian of their precious soon-to-be leader of their family. Your charge, however....

A bit on the violent and unpredictable side. Always bright with a smile on her face, even as she tried to stab the life out of you. The young lady said she was testing your skills, but she seemed to be doing that constantly, always ready with the unexpected stabs, shots, or mini grenades (how she had those was a mystery) to 'test' you.

You questioned whether she was being genuine or not at times. Maybe she enjoyed watching you dodge and turn down every attack so effortlessly, maybe she really was trying to kill you. Who knew.

But oh well, you went along with it, following her by her side as she took you on adventure after adventure - mainly shopping.

Like today, with you two seated in the back of the family limo, Claire chatting on about something as she casually tried to stab you with a pocket knife she'd drawn, you calmly turning it down as you listened to her.

"I was planning on shopping again today," She sighed softly. "But Father had a meeting planned today...what do you think? Should we go, or just do what I want to do? Father probably won't mind..."

You began to wonder how much of her lax attitude about her family business was real and how much was just a front.
