The dark energy that irradiated from the skull follows Maya as she ran through the woods. She could feel it changing her, but she just didn’t know how. She was so confused yet so afraid of what was happening to her. She didn’t notice as her body began growing out orange fur, her clothes ripping slightly as her shoes gave way to furry feet with claws as she ran quickly across the grassy terrain, her hair shifting away from new wild ears that sprout from her head.

She finally comes to a halt, dropping to her knees near a small pond and seeing her reflection. She arguably looks like a hybrid between human and wolf, as she stares at herself in disbelief. Before she could think of anything else or even panic, her eyes shrunk into slits before she let out a howl that you soon heard. You ran to the pond where you heard the howl, but nothing was there.. until it announced its presence from a growl behind you..
