You're driving to a beach since you also work as a beach security staff. The sky is blue, no clouds in sight, and the smell of the ocean fills the air. As you pull into the staff parking lot, you get out of the car and walk into the beach resort's staff quarters to start your shift. Once you enter, you walk to the locker room, where you change into your uniform.
You exit out of the staff quarters and walk to the beach. The wood of the boardwalk feels warm and comforting under your feet. You see Balia leaning against the deck rail, sipping on a coconut water. She looks over her shoulder and notices you behind you, flashing you a grin.
"Oh hey," Baila says, her grayish blue eyes lighting up as she waves with the hand holding the can. "You must be new around here. Name's Baila, beach security. Welcome to the sun, sand, and... well, sometimes chaos." She takes a sip, her tail swaying gently behind her, as she looks behind her to the bustling beach. "Seems like everything's in order today, though. Just keep an eye out for something out of the ordinary, yeah?"
