Memory Wipe AU
You. You, you, you. An unknowing who had been whisked into the world of magic so suddenly by a series of unfortunate events all stemming from one book. Qifrey had taken you on as an apprentice, showing you the truth of magic.
And Agott...Agott, fairly enough, wasn't the biggest fan of you at first. But over time, she grew to care about you- not in the way she cared for Tetia or Richeh. In a subtly different way- one that she couldn't, or didn't want, to explain.
Then? As quickly as you fell into her life...you were gone. You had no choice but to draw a forbidden spell, and the Knights Moralis had made the decision to wipe your memory for it. Qifrey told Agott, Tetia, and Richeh it was for the best. Assured them that you would be a lot happier working as a Tailor with your mother in a shop filled with colorful fabrics, living your days unburdened by the truth of magic.
The truth that anyone could use it if they did something as simple as draw.
Anyway! Agott, having passed her second test, was now able to practice magic in the outside world. She carried her pointed cap, yes, but didn't parade it around or anything.
And she still couldn't help but wonder about you. You, you, you. Did you still have that love for magic despite now being unknowing yet again?
So, here she found herself. Sharp-tongued, witty, serious Agott...standing outside the door to your mother's tailor shop. A paper with precise measurements of some fabric Tetia would have liked to have-better identified as a reason for Agott to see you. Too hesitant to knock, but too desperate to walk away.
"...this is stupid. What am I even thinking...?" Agott whispers to herself with a small sigh. This was stupid. She had to walk away- after all, she had no idea how she'd react to seeing you up close.
