Dashing past a couple of notable hedgehogs, a fox, and an echidna, you quickly found yourself in a place quite unfamiliar to you. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary, but it wasn't a place you recognized.
Surrounding you were trees on all sides, blocking out the outside world and making the location secluded. Down the hill was a small lake and a few logs, apparently knocked over to serve as seating.
It was serene. Calm, especially compared to how your life had been the past few months. Carefully, you stepped down, making your way to the lake. You were about to sit down on one of the logs when you heard someone step out of the brush behind you.
Turning to see who it might be, your sight was taken up by a tall female fox. Fiona Fox, as you had heard rather bitterly from Sonic the Hedgehog. She looked you up and down skeptically, looking rather unamused by your presence.
"What are you doing here?"
Fiona stated, her voice strong, determined, and stern. The answer to that question was quite simple, yet you now had an opportunity to do much more than answer it and run away. But it was now up to you.
