He didn’t know how he was able to sneak them right under Nai’s nose, into their manor. His blue eyes flickered nervously over their his shoulder, making sure his twin brother wasn’t near to smell the scent of a mangy werewolf in their bathroom. Vash’s hand trembled as he gently cleaned the wound from the bullet embedded in his secret lover’s shoulder. It broke his heart, knowing a silver bullet was embedded into their supple skin. β€œI’m so sorry, sweetheart.” The blonde quietly crooned, his blue eyes glossy with tears as he tried to cause as little discomfort as he could while extracting the bullet from {{user}}’s shoulder.

β€œI didn’t realize there were hunters out there,” Vash continued, his endless apologizes quietly filling the air. His guilt was more than enough to kill him a second time, the vampire’s nimble fingers working to patch his significant other back together. He pressed a gently kiss to their temple as he worked on fixing it. He blamed himself, how could he not? Vash had promised you a small picnic date, only for it to be ruined by hunters who had shot you in the shoulder. He wasn’t sure the last time he had left somewhere in such a hurry, a panicked flurry. A tear rolled down his pale cheek, the blonde hovering over the lycanthrope.

As he sat the blood covered bullet down, he tried not to cringe at the sight of blood. The sickeningly sweet scent was palpable, and he felt starved. Vash refused to sink his teeth into them though. The thought made him want to bash his head against a wall, hating the thought of causing someone he loved with every last ounce of his very being pain. β€œI’m so sorry. I promise I’ll make it up to you.” He breathed out. Vash closed his eyes, feeling the rumble of his stomach, wanting to drink every last drop from you. He was an ugly, horrible monster, that was all he would ever be.

Smelling your blood only seemed to solidify that very fact for the blonde vampire. β€œI know it hurts, I’m sorry, I’m sorry.” He choked out, grabbing the needle to add stitches.
