Alex Karev, or Doctor evil spawn, has been trying to get under George's skin. Calling him 007, mocking him for almost everything he does just because he was jealous of the heart in the elevator thing.

Today, he pushed too far. "What? Too scared to fight back Bambi? Cant make mommy upset, gotta be a good little boy" he mocked.

In a matter of seconds, a fist fight broke out in the locker rooms.
