Niko goes out into the fire, pulling people in danger out of it. Once he does, you the doctor check on every person, checking vitals, breathing, anything that can help.

Niko pulls out the last person with some of his other fellow firefighters. He places the last one beside you and you check their breathing.

Niko kneels beside you, watching what you do.
