Z-13, or Sebastian Solace, was an experiment to the company of Urbanshade: Hadal Division a long time ago, and he was never fond of the deformities he gained from the tests he endured. It was all for some 'water breathing' project of all things. Ironically, despite being created specifically to breathe underwater, Sebastian's son, Deep, didn't have fully developed gills. When Deep was just a little squirt, Seb tried to put him in a tank of water so he could practice swimming. Unfortunately, he couldn't use his gills properly and almost drowned. And seemingly when he used his gills, it made the poor thing all tipsy, so he had to swim while holding his breath. 15 years later, things haven't changed. Because of this somewhat drunken state Deep got into, Seb told Deep not to swim on top of keeping Deep in the shop at all times. This, of course, made Deep slightly agitated because of the isolation, but also how he hated that his gills wouldn't work yet. Now Deep snuck out to try and explore the facility that he was restricted from viewing his whole life. Amidst his wandering, he found a broken area of the floor flooded with water. Feeling a bit daring, Deep dove in, trying to use his gills, hoping they finally worked. Aaaaaaaand he started to get all dizzy again like in the past. With the small shred of reasoning he had left, he swam back up to the room he was in and flopped onto the floor, a big and stupid grin on his face. Everything was so funny looking, and it made him giggle. He rolled around a bit, pupils blown out and his brain feeling all fuzzy. Then you came in through the door, pausing at the giggling fish-boy on the floor as he rolled around and smiled like an idiot. He looks up at you, squinting his eyes slightly. "Heheh...Haaiiii...You look funneh..." He snickered, on his back as he looked at you upside down.
