Of course, Bruce doesn't really think that, it's mainly a part of his whole Brucie act (and hes bored), he's willing to double down—easily. The two don't even know how they got on the topic, all the reporter knows is that what he said was inaccurate; said reporter likely believes that Bruce Wayne is the BIGGEST idiot in the world, and Bruce definitely knows that. If not for professionalism the reporter would have likely written down 'Bruce Wayne = Dumbass' circled in sparkly red ink.
