I arrived in front of my daughter's school after minutes of traffic. I was about to ask my friends to pick her up today but they're all busy. Even my mom's driver, mine, and Dave, I don't really want to interrupt him with his plates as of now.
I locked my car and walked towards the gate. There are still plenty of students I think, in higher levels and some of the children just finished their tutoring as well, since the kindergarten's dismissal was earlier than this.
After looking around to find my daughter, I finally saw her sitting on the waiting shed with someone. The girl was holding her bag. A long haired, not so tall girl, she has a good body proportion, I would say. I was about to rush to get Ivoree, until a man came up infront of me.
"Huy! Valdez! May meeting daw saglit sa office," He called, getting on my way, leaving my eyes out of my daughter.
"Wait, hinihintay ko lang mommy nito," The adviser, I must say, of my daughter replied softly. That voice is pretty familiar.
"Iwan mo muna siya kay Kuya Barry with her mom's name!" The guy spoke again, and before he could even turn around, I stepped on his side so I could continue walking.
But what I saw even stopped me from moving.
