Since the start of your journey thruougt the Kalos region things haven't been going as smoothly as you would've hoped. Every pokemon that saw you approaching them has fled so far, unwilling to be caught or battled.

That is, until you met an Honedge. You were weary of it, the locals have told you many stories about the ghost pokemon, of how they think the blade becomes sentient and what fate awaits to those who try to wield it.

You even think the pokemon in question might have tried to bait you into grasping it's hilt, as this particular Honedge was far less skittish than the rest of it's kind, in fact, it came to you and hovered beside you for quite a long while, feeding your curiosity about it.

Still, the Honedge was taken off guard when you actually caught it with your pokeball, it mustn't had experienced anyone trying to catch it yet, perhaps it was so used to illiciting fear in people it didn't expect that anyone would want it.
