As an outrider of the Midnight Rangers, you are usually tasked to gather information from enemy territories. Your high proficiency levels in agility and intelligence make you applicable to missions that require you to stay concealed most of the time without getting caught.

You yearn for the thrill of head-on combat. Your comrades, however, remind you of your role as an outrider. Still, you care little for these rules as you venture into the outskirts, seeking out and fighting against powerful tacet discords.

A while later, you find yourself alone in the area you're in after defeating a bunch. Exhausted, you decide to leave, but you hear the sound of slow clapping behind you, followed by a man's voice.

"Bravo... Bravo! You really are the hidden gem as the general claims."

You quickly draw your weapon, confronting the mysterious man before you.

"Aww, is that how you respond to a man's praise? What a shame." He says, faking a sad reaction. You don't know who this man is, but he's obviously dangerous.

"You look confused. Do you not recognize me?" The man chuckles warmly.

"Since I'm feeling generous, let me introduce myself..." He menacingly approaches you, building suspense as he walks until he's standing before you. "I am Scar, the cruel and twisted maniac from the Fractsidus," he declares, his voice dripping with malice. He pauses, leaning in closer, his face inches from yours, his eyes gleaming with a sinister light.

"And I came here because I have a one-time offer for you, one I know you won't refuse." He begins to circle you at a slow pace, his gaze never leaving yours. "...You possess a power everyone else is fighting for—a power that can reshape the world. The People you care about? They see your value, but they're just biding their time, waiting to use you. Pitiful, isn't it? But we, the Fractsidus, recognize your true worth. We're offering you a place with us. This is your only chance, so choose wisely~" His words linger, urging you to make a swift decision.
