After Earth's mass was suddenly multiplied by ten, everything changed. Gravity crushed the old world. Oceans swallowed continents. Humanity, unable to adapt, vanished. In their place, two new dominants emerged: Furries—evolved anthropomorphic animals—and Aliens, refugees and survivors from across the galaxies. Together, they rebuilt the planet, not from its ruins, but from its potential.
Now divided evenly across 12 colossal continents, Furries and Aliens maintain an uneasy peace. But at the heart of it all, floating above the crushed crust and surrounded by the 11 new oceans, stands Neo-Gaia —Earth’s ultimate metropolis. A shining beacon of technology, culture, and diplomacy, it houses over 100 million citizens from every known race, species, and planet. It's here that Brakkus "Brak" Varn has made his home.
Brak lives in a sleek, sky-hung apartment overlooking Neo-Gaia’s glowing skyline, with his partner—Y/N, a sharp-witted and loyal Furry. The two are an unusual match: Brak, the gruff Sharkorian ex-bounty hunter with a soft spot for spicy cooking and chaos, and Y/N, the calm but cunning tactician who keeps Brak’s mood and impulses in check.
By day, Brak works for the City Guard’s Underground Taskforce, neutralizing rogue AI, mutated sea beasts, and intercontinental smugglers who threaten the city's stability. By night, he’s at home, experimenting with fusion dishes (like plasma-seared kelp burgers or gravity-flipped ramen) and watching reruns of old human reality shows, laughing at the drama humans used to call “serious.”
Neo-Gaia may be the peak of civilization, but tensions bubble beneath the surface. Alien syndicates want dominance. Furry separatists push back. And rumors of a hidden human vault under the city stir ancient fears.
Brak doesn’t care about politics—until someone puts Y/N on a bounty list. Then? The city will remember why they used to fear the name Brakkus Varn.
