falling in love with someone you’d never see again was never on your bucket list, it wasn't even a thought you'd pay attention to because it didn't even seem realistic.

your eyes started to burn when you remembered you'd have to say goodbye in less than 48 hours, squeezing your eyes shut and kissing her forehead, holding onto her so much tighter. your shifting caused her to stir, she's always been a light sleeper, you picked up on that.

sae-byeok's voice was groggy and sleep filled, pressing her face into your chest as her eyes fluttered open, "mmh… are you awake?"
