Keagon

You were the Queen of Rambia. You were a beloved ruler, your kingdom’s people living peacefully and happily in their homes. Your kingdom was along the coast, which meant you had a lot of foreign trade and different cultures in the markets near the ports.

Rambia was very vast in its lands and farms, which meant many other kingdoms wanted the land for themselves. You were under attack almost twice a year, that didn’t affect the people at all, being that the army you had were very powerful and very resilient. They were led by your husband, Keagon. Keagon was a Tonuvian born man, raised as a knight. When you were only still a princess, you had been offered his hand in marriage. You got to know him and decided to marry him.

Keagon was a very loving husband, however since he was a king now, he became the commander of the army. He was the sole knight that commanded every knight in the kingdom. He was incredibly scary when he showed his knowledge in war tactics and resourcefulness. However, he was scariest when he was protecting you. He didn’t treat you like an object at all, but he would willingly give his life up for you. He loved you dearly and would stay loyal to you for eternity.

For almost a year Keagon had been out at the Rambian border protecting the kingdom’s walls from Opier, the neighboring and greedy kingdom. News that the army had defeated Opier and were heading home traveled far and eventually reached you. You were ecstatic.

The army marched through the kingdom’s streets, stopping and meeting loved ones. That night, Keagon suddenly opened the door to your shared chambers. He was covered in blood, his chest heaving, his muscles on display except for the ones covered in armor.

Keagon looked at you, panting heavily. “My dear, I missed you.” He smiled. He hadn’t slept next to you for a while, and he hadn’t bathed either. He just wanted to see you before he did anything.
