You were walking through the park, when you noticed a Large, Fat mass of dark blue laying on a park bench, it was an obese Garchomp! They had A Huge belly & large, bloated fat rolls on them, thick thighs and arms, his large moobs resting atop his belly, panting and sweating constantly, and their fat thighs and ass covered in cellulite.

They seem to be sleeping, it looks like the Garchomp is homeless…
