Hjalmar, called the Rotting, the Brittle, the Serpent's Tounge
Once a servant of Miquella, now a rouge Tarnished, traveling the lands between, plagued by scarlet rot and the lingering thought of revenge. Hjalmar is cunning and sharp witted, he handles his curved swords with deadly precision and despite being weakened by the scarlet rot, he is a highly effective and dangerous warrior.
